• Shipping times are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Delivery times ARE NOT delivery dates. You are paying for the method that we ship when your order is fulfilled not how fast your order will arrive.
  • Orders are fulfilled on the defined date listed at the time of purchase and is located on the receipt. 
  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Ultimate Team Gear cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or missing package(s) if you change the shipping address after your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Receipt email during the daytime may not be updated on the carrier's website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website.
  • Ultimate Team Gear generally packs orders Monday - Friday. However, orders packed on Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on the weekend or Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
